*Proof of full time student status (e.g. enrolment form or letter of certification of student status from your university/programme) is required. Please scan it and send by email attachment to the conference convenor at: [email protected] and send a copy to [email protected] .

Important notes

  1. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by email to [email protected] and send a copy to [email protected]. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to 5pm on 16 April 2012. After this date there will be no refunds made; however substitute participants will be accepted.
  2. Registration includes: tea break, lunch during the conference, conference proceedings CD
  3. Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Convenor will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
  4. The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance
  5. In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
